Muesli Slice |

Yummy homemade muesli slice, the oats help make it low GI.
Ingredients:
1C rolled oats
1 C rice bubbles
4 crushed weet bix
1 C coconut
1/2 C sultanans
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C golden syrup
1/2 C peanut butter
125g melted butter
Method:
Children can help crush the weet bix. Add oats, rice bubbles, weet bix, coconut and sultanas to a bowl and mix.
Put sugar, golden syrup, peanut butter and butter in a saucepan and stir continuously over low heat. Once sugar is dissolved bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Allow to cool slightly then add carefully to the dry ingredients.
Press into a lined slice tin.
Refrigerate until set. YUM.
